TEXAS VALUES
The question I get asked the most is: "Why are you running for Texas State Board of Education?” Growing up in Jamaica and legally immigrating to these great United States of America taught me through God's blessings, hard work and receiving an excellent education anyone can achieve far more than their parents could imagine. I will NEVER support ANY efforts to institute Critical Race Theory or any racist ideology in our classrooms and into the minds of our children. It's time to tell 'woke' politicians, enough is enough!
TRUTH
Texas is the greatest State in the Union and one of the largest purchaser of textbooks and instructional materials – this means Texas has tremendous influence on all the other states and the curriculum they accept and purchase. The “woke” liberals even in this great State desire to push an agenda like CRT and if given the chance would adopt books, materials and programs that would harm the greatest resource our State produces, our Children. The Founders of not only our Nation but our very state believed in Truth above every other principle. Education should be founded in truth and not rationalized philosophical ideology.
DISCIPLINE
Too Often discipline is confused with punishment. Discipline is training. As parents and benefactors we should stand for the training that is right and proven in logic and truth for a proper civil course that this great state and it's children deserve. This is why I am running for the Texas State School Board of Education; we need the Right decisions to protect what God has given us: Our Nation, our State and most importantly our Children.
